Move Ahead Media is looking for an experienced and energetic BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Thailand) to join our growing team of digital marketing professionals. Business Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Office: BB Building, Asoke Sukhumvit 21, Bangkok

The ideal candidate:

  • Native Thai Speaker but also has a great command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing) since we are working in a multi-language environment.
  • Successful in previous experience as a sales , BD or account management role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Enthusiastic to learn and has an interest in technology and digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge about Digital Marketing Tools will be an advantage
  • A team player with good people management skills and willing to help a team member in need
  • Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment and an open office
  • Good presenting and negotiating skills, must be a quick thinker and be very adaptable
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in any field, or higher
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Google products such as Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Ads, Gmail
  • Already based in Bangkok and can start immediately


  • This role will report straight to the company’s directors and will be a part of a small but growing team of sales representatives, BD executives and account managers, helping them achieve growth and hit sales targets in Thailand
  • Learn and gain deep knowledge of business product offerings and value propositions
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in Thailand
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the company’s directors
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Be proactive in identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of products and competition status
  • Make sure that all details are correctly inputted in the company’s CRM system
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
