Senior Account manager

About The Role

We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and help ensure their digital marketing campaigns run smoothly and deliver results.

You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, working closely with our SEO, paid ads, content, and social media teams to keep projects on track and clients informed.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing or agency account management who is organised, proactive, and confident in communicating with both clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand clients’ goals, needs, and challenges.
  • Provide regular updates, recommendations, and campaign insights.

Campaign & Project Management

  • Manage multiple client accounts and marketing campaigns at the same time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Monitor project timelines, priorities, and client requests.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with SEO, paid ads, content, creative, and social media teams.
  • Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated internally.
  • Help resolve issues and keep projects moving forward smoothly.

Reporting & Insights

  • Review campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Prepare clear and organised reports for clients.
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve results.

Account Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients.
  • Support upselling opportunities in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Help drive account growth and client retention.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related agency role.
  • Understanding of SEO, paid ads, social media, and digital marketing basics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence reviewing reports and campaign data.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and client-oriented approach.
