Lead Generation Specialist

Drive business growth by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective business clients across key global markets.

Position Purpose

We are looking for an ambitious, goal-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growth team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of expanding Move Ahead Media’s client base, connecting with key decision-makers, and generating high-quality leads for our digital marketing services.

Working on an early shift aligning with Australian business hours (starting at 6:30 AM Bangkok time), you will conduct targeted outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for our sales and strategy teams.

What you will do

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

Identify, research, and prospect potential B2B decision-makers within target sectors (such as Real Estate, Hospitality, Logistics, and Professional Services, etc).
Conduct outbound cold calling, tele-sales outreach, and email marketing campaigns to generate qualified interest.
Communicate value propositions clearly to business owners, directors, and marketing leaders.

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

Qualify potential prospects based on budget, digital marketing needs, and fit for Move Ahead Media's services.
Schedule discovery calls and pitch consultations for the Business Development and Account Management teams.
Maintain clean, organised prospect records and update activity pipelines within our CRM system.

Market Focus & Collaboration

Utilise familiarity with the Australian business landscape and market culture to build rapport with prospects.
Work closely with the digital marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with current campaign capabilities.
Continuously refine phone scripts, email templates, and outreach angles based on real-time feedback and results.

What we are looking for

Tele-sales experience: Demonstrated background in cold calling, tele-sales, or outbound lead generation (preferably B2B).
Market Familiarity: Strong understanding of or experience dealing with the Australian market.
Marketing Background: Exposure to digital marketing concepts (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads) is highly beneficial.
Shift Readiness: Ability and willingness to start at 6:30 AM Bangkok time to align with Australian business hours.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills with a persuasive, professional tone over the phone. Foreign nationals can apply.
Self-Driven & Goal-Oriented: A proactive mindset focused on hitting target KPIs, outbound activity levels, and meeting setups.
