Position Purpose

We’re looking for a PPC Campaign Executive with hands-on experience in Google and Meta Ads to manage and optimise digital campaigns for a range of clients.

This role is focused on performance marketing, improving ROI, generating quality leads and traffic, and making data-driven decisions based on campaign performance. You should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns across search, display, remarketing, and paid social. Experience with SEO strategy and understanding how paid and organic channels work together is important for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for ROI, conversions, and lead quality
Create and test ad copy, creatives, landing page recommendations, and targeting strategies
Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies effectively
Track conversions and campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager
Work closely with SEO, web development, and content teams to improve overall campaign performance
Stay up to date with changes in digital advertising, SEO, Meta, Google Ads, and AI-driven marketing trends
Prepare performance reports and provide insights, recommendations, and next steps for clients and management
Communicate clearly on project progress, timelines, and results

Skills & Personal Attributes

Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and search marketing strategy
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting tools
Understanding of keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills in Thai and good working proficiency in English
Experience in a digital marketing agency is an advantage
