Position Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to take ownership of the company’s IT hardware, equipment, and inventory. This role will be responsible for keeping accurate records, conducting regular hardware checks, and ensuring all company equipment is properly tracked and maintained. Additionally, you will work directly with our core digital toolstack (including CRMs, AI tools, and project management platforms) to keep internal workflows running smoothly, while providing operational support to our Tech team with basic web updates, content uploads, and software administration.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all company IT hardware and equipment
Track hardware inventory, assignments, movements, and replacements
Conduct regular checks and physical inventory audits
Ensure hardware is properly labelled, recorded, and accounted for
Coordinate with our external IT Security provider regarding hardware, security, and technical issues
Work with the Finance team to provide accurate information for asset depreciation and financial records
Monitor the condition and lifecycle of company hardware
Assist with purchasing, replacing, or disposing of hardware when required
Ensure employees are properly assigned company equipment, and that equipment is returned when required
Report any missing, damaged, or unaccounted-for equipment
Keep documentation and inventory records up to date
Assist in supporting and managing user workflows and administrative tasks across internal software tools (CRMs, project management systems, and productivity AI tools)
Support the Tech team with basic web tasks, including uploading blog posts, publishing online product/content pages (OPC), and performing minor website maintenance

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in IT hardware, IT asset management, system administration, or a related role
Good knowledge of computers and common office IT equipment
Basic experience or familiarity with web content updates and Content Management Systems (CMS)
Familiarity or experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive) or project management and database tools (e.g., ClickUp, Airtable) is a strong plus
Experience or comfort using modern AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT) to optimise daily work and support team productivity
Strong organisational, administrative, and record-keeping skills
Detail-oriented, accountable, adaptable, and quick to problem-solve
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Finance) and external IT providers
Languages required: Good English communication skills, Native Thai Speaker (must be able to read and write in Thai as well)
Based in Bangkok
