Position Purpose

We are excited to announce a great opportunity for Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our dynamic
team. Full time position – Based in Bangkok, Thailand, you will be targeting the Thailand Market with an uncapped
commission package.

In this prestigious role, you will embark on a journey to spearhead our digital marketing campaign initiatives through
strategic cold calling efforts. Your mission will be to secure appointments and effectively close deals, laying the
groundwork for unparalleled success in the digital marketing arena.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry research, and lead generation.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Managing the entire sales cycle (Lead Generation, Credential Pitch, Customer Acquisition, Post Sales Services if needed.) for the relevant services and solution
Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
Compel digital marketing strategy to help with your prospect pain point
Prepare a proposal for your prospect.
Act like a marketing consultant to help guide prospect
Experience is preferred (but not essential) in the digital marketing industry.
Strong presentation, negotiation & sales closing skills are essential to communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM software. Communicating with your manager to report the activity.
Present weekly and monthly sales reports to the sales manager or when required.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility if needed.
Overall to ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables to meet or exceed client expectations.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc tasks for clients and internal stakeholders if required.
Actively respond in Slack, Email and Line chat (with the prospect) during the working hour

Skills & Team Culture

Skills

Experience in digital marketing, qualified and/or certified in SEO, Google Ads and Social Media.
Sales Consultant Skills
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of best practices in digital marketing tools.
Highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
(Commercial) Must have business acumen and an understanding of business needs. You need to understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
(Analytical) Have the ability to understand and dissect reports & data
