Roles & Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales & Prospecting: Drive new business through cold calling, outreach, discovery calls, and research to consistently hit and exceed KPIs.
Consultative Pitching & Closing: Diagnose client pain points, craft tailored proposals, present solutions, and close deals as a trusted digital marketing advisor.
Client & Brand Advocacy: Foster lasting client relationships, maintain top-tier service standards, and represent Move Ahead Media at industry events and conferences.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain clean records in the CRM, track pipeline progress, and deliver regular sales activity reports to leadership.
Team Collaboration: Stay responsive via Slack/email, support internal stakeholders, and contribute to ad-hoc team initiatives.

Skills & Team Culture

Proactive Outbound Prospecting: Confident cold calling, emailing, and networking on LinkedIn to uncover new leads rather than waiting for inbounds.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and industry tools; relevant certifications are a plus.
Sales & Deal Closing: Strong presentation, objection-handling, and negotiation skills to qualify decision-makers and close deals.
Client & Business Acumen: Ability to analyze campaign data/reports, understand client objectives, and recommend tailored digital solutions.
Mindset & Ownership: Adaptable, highly driven, and accountable in a fast-paced team environment.
