Position Purpose

Are you an experienced digital performance marketer ready to take the next step in your career? Move Ahead Media is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager (Team Lead) to manage client accounts, lead our performance marketing team, and drive strategic campaign execution across paid channels.

In this role, you will combine hands-on PPC expertise with team management, acting as a pivotal link between campaign strategists, account managers, and our agency leadership. You will oversee paid search, display, and social media advertising strategies, guide junior/mid-level campaign managers, and ensure that our clients achieve exceptional ROI.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of Campaign Managers/Executives. Oversee workload distribution, quality assurance, and campaign execution across the team.
Plan, build, and optimise high-performing PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
Monitor account metrics, ensure ROAS and CPA benchmarks are met, and establish best practices for continuous A/B testing and performance optimisation.
Create and test ad copy, creatives, landing page recommendations, and targeting strategies
Turn complex analytics into clear, strategic storytelling for both clients and internal stakeholders while managing campaign budgets and bidding strategies effectively.
Track conversions and campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager
Stay up to date with changes in digital advertising, SEO, Meta, Google Ads, and AI-driven marketing trends
Partner with Account Managers to present strategic media plans, campaign performance reports, and actionable insights to clients.
Work closely with SEO, web development, and content teams to improve overall campaign performance
Standardise campaign setup, tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels), and reporting workflows to improve operational efficiency within the delivery team.

Skills & Personal Attributes

Demonstrated track record of planning, executing, and optimising high-performing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding team members, with a strong ability to manage workloads and maintain delivery quality.
Agency experience is highly preferred. Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Deep hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking setup.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and search marketing strategy
Strong data analysis skills with a focus on turning campaign metrics into actionable optimisations and client insights.
Flawless written and spoken English communication skills are required to lead high-level client presentations and retain international accounts.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
