SEO Campaign Executive

The position is a full-time role in our SEO Campaign Management Delivery Team and works directly under MAM’s Head of SEO. It involves keyword research, conducting SEO technical audits, keyword mapping, Content Briefs, and SEO Client Management.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Campaign Executive to join our SEO team and manage the delivery of SEO campaigns for a portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for keyword research, technical SEO audits, content planning, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. Working closely with Account Managers and the Head of SEO, you will help clients improve their organic visibility, traffic, and business results.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who is confident managing SEO campaigns and enjoys combining technical analysis, content strategy, and client-focused thinking.

What You'll Do

SEO Strategy & Planning

Conduct keyword research and keyword mapping for client websites.
Develop SEO strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
Identify content opportunities based on search intent, keyword trends, and competitor analysis.
Create content briefs and recommendations to support content production.

Technical SEO

Perform technical SEO audits and site crawls to identify opportunities and issues.
Analyse website structure, indexability, site performance, and on-page SEO elements.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve search visibility and user experience.
Monitor implementation and track the impact of SEO improvements.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and analyse SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Prepare monthly reports and strategic recommendations for clients.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other key SEO metrics.
Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for ongoing growth.

Client & Team Collaboration

Manage and support a portfolio of SEO clients.
Work closely with Account Managers to support client retention and account growth.
Collaborate with the SEO team to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
Provide regular updates on campaign progress, results, and next steps.

What We're Looking For

2-4+ years of SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and SEO best practices.
Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
