Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and industry.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
Act as a point of contact for client communication on social media performance, reporting, and strategy updates (along with the AM).
Coordinate with internal design and paid media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics with actionable insights and recommendations.
Keep up to date with platform updates and industry best practices to guide client strategy.
Strong copywriting and editing ability, with attention to brand voice across industries.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
