We are expanding our team and we are on the lookout for a highly driven and ambitious Sales Coordinator to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand!

This is a permanent/full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm at our office in Sukhumvit 21 Asoke, Bangkok.

Sales Coordinators play a pivotal role in facilitating communication and collaboration between Move Ahead Media and our valued clients. We are currently in search of a highly proficient and seasoned Sales Coordinator to complement our team. The Sales Coordinator will Provide administrative support to the digital marketing sales team, including managing schedules, and appointments. The ideal candidate will boast a robust background in sales coordination and act as a point of contact between clients and the digital marketing team. In this role, the Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with the team and clients to comprehend their business objectives, crafting and executing sales strategies with precision across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the digital marketing sales team, including managing schedules, and appointments.
  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business and contact prospects to qualify leads.
  • Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
  • Research and maintain lead generation database, Conduct customer research
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. Ensure accurate and complete records of client interactions and project details.
  • Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Assist in market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Great interpersonal communication skills and work ethic
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices would be an advantage.
  • Supporting the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
