We are expanding our team and we are on the lookout for a highly driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand!

This is a permanent/full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm at our office in Sukhumvit 21 Asoke, Bangkok.

A Digital Marketing Strategist has a key role in developing and implementing effective online campaigns for a company, organisation or agency client. They are responsible for creating initiatives, strategies and plans to promote products, services, or brands using various online channels and techniques. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and consumer behaviour, and the ability to analyse data to drive targeted marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify target audiences and determine the most effective channels and tactics to reach them.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as search engines, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Coordinate with different teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights. Analyse data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels. Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and resonates with the target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Develop social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with followers, and drive website traffic. Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, monitor discussions, and respond to customer inquiries or comments.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Conduct keyword research, monitor website analytics, and implement SEO best practices.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on search engines and social media platforms. Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Generate regular reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in digital marketing. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through self-learning, attending industry conferences, and networking with other professionals.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Great interpersonal communication skills and work ethic
  • Data-driven and has a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Have a “start-up” mindset and can work either independently or with the team
  • Mentorship capabilities for junior managers if and when needed
  • Familiar with all social media sites and platforms with outstanding knowledge of analytics tools
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment
